DIRECT HOTEL, RESORT OR CRUISE BOOKINGS
Having me book directly with Preferred Partner or Signature-affiliated hotels, resorts or cruise lines is complementary. Yes, you read that correctly. If you have a specific destination and date in mind but also value the perks of a free five-star à la carte breakfast and a spa credit, this option is tailored for you.

DESTINATION RESEARCH AND BOOKING
From $150 - You've got a season in mind, let's say summer, and you're itching for a getaway to a Caribbean island, but it's been a while since you planned one. For our clients seeking destination research and booking services, we eliminate the guesswork. Following our free discovery call, I'll carefully consider your preferences and budget to craft a proposal featuring a minimum of three destination options for your consideration.

BESPOKE TRIP CONSULTATION
From $350 - Contact me directly as my fees are based on destination, length of trip and number of travelers.

This traveler is looking for a highly personalized planning service. The process will take many hours of research and planning (for us - not you!). Our unique destination knowledge, network of travel partners across the world, and preferred partner relationships ensure that I am selecting the best experiences and the best values for my clients. These professional fees allow me to provide the quality of service that you deserve while providing the very best return on this investment of your time and money.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
AIR:
We want our clients to have expert, up-to-date advice when purchasing airline tickets and 24-hour, proactive monitoring and assistance during travel for delays or cancellations. These services are invaluable for getting the best schedules, business and first class experience, pricing, and support while en route, most especially for international travel or more complex routes. There are additional fees for these services: typically $50 per person domestic, Caribbean, and Mexico and $125 per person for an international ticket. Fees capped at 4 for families travelling together.

INSURANCE:
Each travelers itinerary and travel investment is unique. When spending your hard earned money on a vacation, travel insurance has become increasingly invaluable. While Daitch Luxe Travel does not sell travel insurance, we can recommend trusted sources for this need. If you wish us to handle the purchase of the policy on your behalf, there is a flat fee of $35 for this service.

The “most wonderful time of the year” is also the busiest travel time of the year. Planning travel during this week presents unique challenges and is ALWAYS more time consuming. In order to provide all of our clients with the appropriate level of service, proposals requested after Labor Day will incur a 50% increase in fees due to increased demand and limited availability.
